Treatment Process Details
1. Degreasing

  • Treatment time: 2-5 minutes
2. Alkaline Etching
  • 6 jigs (racks) per tank * 2 tanks = 12 jigs
  • Treatment time: 3-15 minutes
3. Neutralization
  • 6 jigs (racks) per tank * 1 tank = 6 jigs
  • Treatment time: 1-5 minutes
4. Anodizing
  • 3 jigs (racks) per tank * 8 tanks = 24 jigs
  • Current density: 130A/m²
  • Process time: 26 minutes

Design Parameters and Performance
Anodizing Treatment Area:
Each anodizing process tank requires 33 minutes, with total jigs (racks) per year:
(3 racks * 8 tanks * 60 min/h) ÷ 33 min * 600 hours = 26,181 jigs (racks)
Design capacity: 50m² per jig (rack), where every tank is 100m²
Annual treatment area: 26,181 jigs * 50m²/jig = 1,309,050m²
Anodizing Treatment Weight:
Monthly output: 1,309,050m² ÷ 350m²/T * 0.9 = 3,366T ≥ 3,000T
