Product Overview

The 650 Ton/month high quality automatic aluminum anodizing line is a comprehensive metal surface treatment system designed for industrial-scale production. This advanced process enhances aluminum profiles by forming a protective oxide layer that significantly improves corrosion resistance, hardness, and wear resistance while providing an aesthetically pleasing finish.

Anodizing involves electrochemically treating aluminum surfaces in acidic electrolyte solutions to create dense, durable oxide films that protect the metal from environmental damage and extend product lifespan.

1. Degreasing
